Uwe Steinhoff is an academic and an anti-transgender activist.
Background
He earned a degree in philosophy at Goethe University Frankfurt. After graduation he travelled for nine months in Central America. He received his PhD in Würzburg. He has held roles at Humboldt-University Berlin and Oxford University.
He teaches in the Department of Politics and Public Administration at the University of Hong Kong.
