Candice Jackson is an American lawyer and anti-transgender activist. She and Lauren Bone have been partners in the law firm Jackson Bone since 2022.
Background
Candice Erin Jackson was born March 9, 1978 in California. She grew up in Washington State. She attended community college in Southern California while pursuing acting roles, then transferred to Stanford, where she was involved in conservative politics.
Jackson earned a law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2002. She then worked for Judicial Watch. She has worked on a number of projects profiling women who reported sexual harassment or abuse from Bill Clinton.
Jackson served in the Trump Administration under Betsy DeVos. She was appointed Acting Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights and Deputy General Counsel in the US Department of Education from 2017 to 2021.
Jackson and her wife Patricia have twins children, Madelyn and Zachary.

Jackson was scheduled to appear at a 2023 event held by anti-trans group Partners for Ethical Care.
