Rebecca Reilly-Cooper is a British philosopher and anti-transgender activist.

Rebecca “Becca” Reilly-Cooper earned a bachelor’s degree from University of Leeds in 2005, then attended University of Manchester, earning a master’s degree in 2006 and a doctorate in 2010. Reilly-Cooper taught at University of Oxford from 2011 to 2013, then at University of Warwick from 2013 to 2017. Since 2018, Reilly-Cooper has served as a Senior Policy Officer in the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Reilly-Cooper has a child born in 2019.
