Sophie Frost is a licensed psychotherapist working in private practice in Berlin, Germany, with over 10 years of organizational and private practice experience as a psychotherapist, group facilitator and clinical coordinator.
Before opening her own private psychotherapy practice in Berlin working with the international community, she worked in the UK for a private inpatient psychiatric service specializing in severe mental health issues such as eating disorders, body dysphoria, addictions, obsessive-compulsive behaviours, anxiety disorders and depression.
In 2021 she started Life Detransitions, an advocacy and support service for detransitioners and desisters. She is a member of GETA (Gender Exploratory Therapists Association) as well as the IATDD (International Association of Therapists for Desisters and Detransitioners)
