Pediatric and Adolescent Gender Dysphoria Working Group (PAGDWG) is an anti-transgender activist front group. The website was created in 2018 and abandoned in 2022.
Their goal was to promote the disputed disease “rapid onset gender dysphoria” and the “social contagion” hypothesis of trans identity. They sought out ex-trans activists to participate in propaganda about “desistance” and “detransition.” They also opposed the affirmative model of care that is the global medical consensus.
