Some transgender men and transmasculine people opt for oophorectomy (removal of ovaries) as part of a gender transition. This type of bottom surgery is often done in conjunction with a hysterectomy (removal of uterus) and a salpingectomy (removal of fallopian tubes).
Important: Genital surgeries will change your body so you can not make children.
Those who wish to have this done must review their reproductive options before having surgery.
