Candice Jackson is an American lawyer and anti-transgender activist. Jackson and Lauren Bone have been partners in the law firm Jackson Bone since 2022.

Background

Candice Erin Jackson was born March 9, 1978 in California and grew up in Washington State. Jackson attended community college in Southern California while pursuing acting roles, then transferred to Stanford and got involved in conservative politics.

Jackson earned a law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2002. Jackson then worked for Judicial Watch. Jackson has worked on a number of projects profiling people who reported sexual harassment or abuse from Bill Clinton.

Jackson served in the Trump Administration under Betsy DeVos. Jackson was appointed Acting Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights and Deputy General Counsel in the US Department of Education from 2017 to 2021.

Jackson and spouse Patricia have twins children, Madelyn and Zachary.

Anti-transgender activism

Jackson was scheduled to appear at a 2023 event held by anti-trans group Partners for Ethical Care.
