Roy Eappen is a Canadian endocrinologist and anti-transgender activist. Eappen is associated with anti-trans group Do No Harm.
Background
Roy Eappen was born in 1965. Eappen earned a bachelor’s degree from Marianopolis College in 1980 and a medical degree from McGill University in 1985. Eappen did a residency at Montreal General Hospital and has been amployed at St. Mary’s Hospital in Montreal since 1990.
Eappen belongs to the Mar Thom Church of India and attends St. James Cathedral in Toronto.
Eappen is a gay and in a long-term relationship:
“I think people are comfortable with what people are comfortable with. Until recently I never went around telling people I’m gay. It’s not that I was closeted, everyone knows, I just didn’t make a big point of talking about it,” he said.

Eappen is āa bit of a right-wing nutāĀ who organizes conservative political events like a āFabulous Blue Tentā at the Tory convention in Calgary. Eappen has run for office as a Tory. In the 2022 Quebec Provincial General Election, Eappen ran as a Conservative Party of Quebec candidate representing Notre-Dame-de-GrĆ¢ce.
