The Killarney Group is a front group run by Irish anti-transgender therapist Stella O’Malley of anti-trans hate group Genspect.
They describe themselves as a think tank. Their goal is to create “a non-medical guide (the Gender Care Framework) to rival WPATH’s Standards of Care 8.” They rolled out a draft at their November 2023 conference, which coincided with the 2023 USPATH conference in Denver.
