Fairness First is an American political action committee that opposes transgender athletes competing in sex-segregated competitive sports.
It is part of a 2020s surge in opponents of transgender people in sex-segregated competitive sports.
Background
Fairness First was founded in 2023 by conservative former Olympian Caitlyn Jenner, who transitioned nearly 40 years after competing. Ex-trans activist and conservative troll Oli London has appeared in the media as a spokesperson.
On June 23, Fairness First posted a donation solicitation to Instagram. The voiceover said, “Biological boys do not belong in girl’s sports. Stop this madness. Fight back today. Donate at FairnessFirst.us to stop the radical leftist perverts from destroying women’s sports.”
