From 2008 to 2011, Dr Z (aka Natalia Zhikhareva) worked at theĀ Sexual & Gender Minority Youth Resource CenterĀ in Portland,Ā Oregon. In 2014, she earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She has since set up a practice in Los Angeles.
